Store the version of db-migrate that executed the last migration.
This could help when users are migrating from one version to another.

- State changed from “new” to “invalid”
- Milestone cleared.
- Milestone order changed from “0” to “0”
The changes between db-migrate versions should be transparent for users, upgrading version table as needed.
