Ask for passwords instead of configuring them on the config file

In some cases you cannot maintain the password in the simple-db-migrate.conf file because it is a plain text file.
For these cases, there should be a configuration directive to ASK for the password instead of using the password configured in the file.

Done. Just use "<<ask_me>>" in the DATABASE_PASSWORD variable at the config file.
